You’ll come out feeling refreshed, re-energized, and ready to jump back into your life with more enthusiasm than you’ve had since before your first pregnancy.
Here’s what you’ll be giving to yourself when you sign up:
• One hour of delicious spring-inspired flow yoga
• An extended, ultra-relaxing Savasana with optional acupuncture
• An information session that will teach you the exact foods, flavors, cooking methods, and self-care practices to use for your healthiest, most vibrant spring, ever
