Do you want to feel less stressed & anxious, better in your body, and more confident in your choices?

Good.

Then you’re in the right place.

Because while going to therapy and writing in your journal can be a great way to figure out your problems, they often leave you stuck without the strategies you need in order to transform.

If you really want to feel better and stop behaviors like stress eating, then you’ve got to take a holistic approach to heal the root of your stress and anxiety.

The way you eat, the thoughts you think, and how you connect with the world around you all have a direct impact on how you feel.

They literally change your behavior.

And they all play a role in whether you’re able to show up in your life the way you want to.

Does any of this sound like you?

You feel like you’re in survival mode all the time and can’t break free.

You’re exhausted and lose control often by “rewarding” yourself in the evenings, either by overeating, mindlessly binge-watching Netflix, or mindlessly binge-watching Netflix while you overeat.

You’re self-critical, and catch yourself thinking that if only you could figure out how to be thinner/kinder/more successful/[insert insecurity-of-the-day] then you’d finally feel better about yourself and your life.

• You self-sabotage. You have an idea of how you’d like to change, but you can’t figure out how to follow through.

You’re confused and overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice you hear about how to be healthy, and just want clear, simple strategies that you can easily incorporate into your life (without feeling like you’re sacrificing or losing something in the process).

You want to feel healthy, happy, energized and confident, and sometimes you do, but you always slip back and can’t figure out how to get yourself out of the stress-cycle you seem to be stuck in.

Hi, I’m Katerina Baratta, LAc, MSOM.

With a B.A. in psychology, an M.S. in Chinese medicine, and numerous certificate programs in yoga, holistic nutrition, and medicinal herbalism, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women reduce stress & anxiety, and feel better in their body by using food, lifestyle, and mindset as medicine.

These days I identify myself as a mind-body-spirit health practitioner, teacher, mama to Téo and Walden, coffee & tea loving tree-hugger.

But while my life looks pretty sweet from the outside, the truth is that I’ve dealt with stress and anxiety since I was a pre-teen.

Just like you, I used to feel SUPER uncomfortable in my own skin.

It was like I was in a losing battle against myself.

I felt stuck in a body I could never be satisfied with.

And both guilty and ashamed of who I was and how badly I wanted to be different.

I constantly thought there was something wrong with me that needed to be fixed.

I thought that if only I could control the way I looked, then people would like me.

And more importantly, I would finally like myself.

So I tried everything from diets to therapy in the hopes that I’d stumble upon a magic key that would finally make me feel better.

But no matter what I did, no matter how many things I cut out of my diet or how much I wrote in my journal, I still felt bad.

I still felt unworthy.

I still felt ugly.

I still felt scared.

I still felt out-of-control.

And the knot in my belly grew so tight that I literally went to the doctor and got an ultrasound to make sure I wasn’t sick.

I knew that something had to change at a fundamental level if I wanted to feel free, and I was finally ready to leap into the unknown.

As Anais Nin famously said:

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

So I started unpacking my 237-piece emotional-baggage set.

And after many tears and trials, I started learning how to blossom.

Through self-cultivation and more than a decade of formal study, I learned how to use mind-body-spirit medicine to heal the root causes of what was making me feel stressed, anxious, and out of control in the first place.

I finally started feeling good in my body, confident in my choices, and more in control of both my behaviors as well as my emotions.

Now, I’m not saying I’m perfect and have all the answers.

(Spoiler alert: I’m not and I don’t.)

I’m still human, and I believe that our purpose on earth is to grow and learn, so that’s what I’m doing.

But the difference is that now when I have less-than-ideal moments, I don’t turn on myself as much as I used to.

I don’t use food to try to control the emptiness I feel inside, or punish myself by going to the gym when I don’t want to.

I don’t get stuck in ruts like I used to.

I’ve learned how to tap into the sense of peace, joy, and confidence inside of myself that I was so desperately searching for before.

And I’m honored that now I get to help women like you do the same.

“Before working with Katerina I felt imbalanced, like I was always looking for something more. There was never enough time in my day between work, children, and career.

Through her holistic approach and the infinite support I’ve received, Katerina has helped me to slow down and be more tune with my body and what it needs -and helped me finally honor those needs!- creating space in my life for big changes in both body and mind.”

Sarah G.

Thank you, Katerina,  for seeking out the individual in us all, and for your commitment to health and positive self-image.

At every turn, Katerina was available to field questions, discuss concerns, and offer support. Her knowledge is robust, and she is delightful and charming. Thank you for this wonderful, life-changing opportunity!”

Here’s What You’ll Learn:

The first week of Feed Your Soul is all about setting a solid foundation.

In addition to getting to know the other women in the group, gaining access to our private Facebook group, and having your mind-blown in our first live coaching session, you’ll also have an awesome pre-recorded lesson available to you so you can get started right away.

This week’s when you’ll learn about the root causes of stress, the signs and symptoms that help you identify which stress-triggers are most dominant for you, and how to make a plan so you can take charge of the situation and stop reactive behaviors like stress eating.

You’ll also learn how to shift from a deprivation mindset to a nourishment mindset, why this is essential to healing stress and anxiety, and how to start using food to heal rather than harm yourself.

In Week 2 we’ll get more specific.

You’re going to learn about the basic nutrition your body needs in order to thrive, simple nutrient hacks you can use to supercharge your body’s ability to absorb all the good stuff from your food, and how to plan a week’s worth of meals to keep your body nourished and put your mind at ease.

Week 3 is where things start getting really juicy.

This is when we’ll start talking about how your neurology keeps you trapped in stressful cycles and bad habits, plus how to create new patterns and habits that feel more aligned with who you want to be and how you want to live.

Specifically, we’ll be talking about emotions and how to release them, how to overcome resistance, the Ego’s role in keeping you stuck, how to shift your thought patterns, and a scientifically proven method to shift your habits for the better.

In Week 4 we’ll be getting back into food.

You’ll be learning about the nutrient deficiencies that make stress and anxiety worse, how to identify food sensitivities, and how to figure out exactly which foods are helping you vs. harming you.

And in Week 5 we’ll be going even deeper.

This is when you’ll learn how to optimize digestion for maximum nutrient absorption, how to improve gut health and how to reduce inflammation that may be contributing to your stress and anxiety.

Week 6 is a doozy.

With trust and familiarity established, this is when we’ll work together to start healing some of our biggest pain points.

This week we’re going to review the role of emotions in your body and we’ll talk about how trauma and old emotions get lodged in your body.

We’re also going to dig into the history of diet culture and body shame.

I’m not going to lie, there are some tough truth-pills to swallow here.

But you’re going to come out of this week with some revolutionary insights on how to take responsibility for your own happiness, how to forgive yourself and others, and how to release some of the emotional baggage that’s been weighing you down.

If you’re ready to do the work, this week will change everything for you.

Week 7 is going to keep the *aha* moments rolling in.

We’re going to talk about how to connect with your body and the environment in ways that you’ve probably never heard of.

You’re going to learn about the effects of heat, cold, dampness, and dryness on your body and emotions, how to identify imbalances inside of yourself, and what to do to nip imbalance in the bud so you can stay centered more often than not.

This is a BIG topic, but you’ll never be the same once you have a taste of it.

The information you’re going to learn here can act as a compass for your sense of well being for the rest of your life, and I, for one, can’t wait to watch you dig into it!

And Week 8 is when it all comes together.

This is when you’re going to start integrating everything you’ve learned over the past 8 weeks.

You’re going to reflect on what’s worked, what hasn’t, set intentions and make a plan so you can carry what you want into your life moving forward.

Your transformation won’t be complete (it never is.)

But you will feel equipped with new wings to carry you on the next leg of your life’s journey.

Who is this program for?

Feed Your Soul is designed for 2 types of women:

1. Women who eat their emotions and want to stop yo-yo dieting, obsessing over food, and feeling out-of-control.

2. Women who want to learn how use food, lifestyle, and mindset as medicine to reduce stress and anxiety.

If you fit into either (or both!) of these categories, then Feed Your Soul is made for you.

Who shouldn’t join this program?

This program is not for you if you aren’t willing to show up and do the work.

Perfection is not expected (in fact, perfectionism is one of the things we’ll be focusing on dismantling here!)

But a willingness to try new things, push your boundaries, and challenge your assumptions are absolutely essential to your success.

I can’t wait to see where this takes you!

F.A.Q.

How much does this program cost?

Before I answer that, let’s talk about value.

My hourly rate is $97 right now, and I create personalized wellness plans for women for $497.

Between the weekly lessons, live-coaching calls, resources, and group support you’ll be getting, the total value of this program is well over $700.

But since this is the first time that I’m offering this information in this format, I’m hand-selecting a small group of women to go through this program with one payment of $257 or two payments of $147.

This program will never be offered in this format at a lower price, and there is a HIGH likelihood that the price will go up the next time the doors open.

So if you’re interested in learning how to feel better in your body and heal the root causes of stress & anxiety through food, lifestyle, and mindset, there’s no better time to apply!

Will I have to change my diet?

Not exactly.

You will not be encouraged to go on a traditional restrictive diet in this program.

But you will be encouraged to tune into what your body thrives on, and what makes you feel less awesome.

This means that you will start by emphasizing more nutrient-rich foods into your diet that are prepared in ways that your body can digest and absorb as optimally as possible.

And you will also become more aware of the effects specific types of foods have on your body and mind.

By building up more awareness of how different foods make you feel at different times in your life, you will be more empowered to make decisions that feel good to you and help you thrive.

And although we will cover food sensitivities and pro-inflammatory foods, the emphasis in this program is really on what you’re putting into your diet, not what you’re leaving out.

So you will never be told not to eat ice-cream or potato chips if they truly make you happy!

What is the time commitment?

The rest of your life!

I jest.

But seriously though, if you’re anything like me and the women I’ve worked with, you’re going to be turning to the information and strategies in this program for the rest of your life.

The time commitment from week-to-week during this program with vary depending on the lesson content, but you can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes of lessons a week on average.

Weekly live coaching calls will be about 1 hour.

You will also be encouraged to do specific practices every day that can last ~15-60 minutes per day, but how much time you dedicate is up to you.

Will this program help me lose weight?

Feed Your Soul is not a weight-loss program, but it will help you heal your relationship with food and feel better in your body.

Why isn’t this a weight-loss program? Because any time you add weight-loss into the equation you are setting yourself up for failure, physically, yes, but especially on the mental-health front.

Weight-loss programs are designed for short-term success, not long-term sustainability, and the massive weight-fluctuation that results put you more at risk for chronic disease than having a heavier body does.

So the goal here isn’t to help you lose weight, but instead to learn sustainable strategies that will allow you to feel amazing and thrive in the body you have, no matter what weight you’re at.

Does this lead to weight loss? Yes, for many people it does. But those results are not guaranteed, nor are they the focus of this program.

I'm in a different time-zone, can I still participate?

Yes! Absolutely.

Live coaching sessions will be staggered and held at different times every week to accommodate different schedules.

They will also be recorded, so if you have to miss one you can send your questions in to be answered and watch the recording when you have time.

Note, however, that recordings will not be downloadable and will only be available as a stream in the password-protected website to protect the privacy of participants.

I have an unpredictable work schedule, can I still participate?

Yes! The same answer goes as for people in different time-zones.

I know about nutrition, but I still feel bad in my body. Will this program help me?

This program will teach you about specific nutrients and eating strategies that can help reduce stress & anxiety from both modern scientific as well as natural medicine traditions from around the world.

I have been studying natural medicine for more than a decade and half and have never come across anyone who synthesizes the information I share in this program in this way.

Also, this program isn’t just about nutrition!

We are going to be tackling the root causes of stress and anxiety head-on, and that encompasses lifestyle and mindset in addition to your relationship with food and yourself.

What if I have an eating disorder?

This program is NOT a substitution for clinical treatment for eating disorders.

That said, the information in this program can be a great addition to a treatment protocol for some individuals with eating disorders.

If you fit the criteria for an eating disorder or have previously been diagnosed with an eating disorder, please mention this in your application so we can discuss whether or not this program is right for you at this time.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

This program makes no judgements about dietary restrictions, whether they are by choice or due to medical necessity.

However, there is information about nutrient deficiencies that are common especially in vegan diets which often lead to stress and anxiety.

We will also be talking about the negative impacts of restrictive diets that have no medical basis.

This information isn’t offered as a judgement, but as a way to empower you to make the choices that are best for you as circumstances change in your life.

If you aren’t comfortable learning about differing perspectives and potentials regarding your diet, then this program might not be a good fit for you right now.

What if I'm not sure if this program is right for me?

Because participants are signing up for a group experience and I need to make sure I’m being compensated for my time, there are no refunds available for this program at this time.

That said, since this is the first time this program is being offered in this format the price will most likely go up in the future.

So if you feel in your gut that this is the right program for you, then I encourage you to apply now.

If you have any concerns or hesitations, mention them in your application and we can talk about your specific situation.

I’m also happy to hop on the phone for a 15-minute consultation if you’d feel more comfortable going that route.
